What is something you’ve learned from being a military spouse? I've learned that being flexible is key in most military endeavors.
In your opinion, what is one of the most important issues facing military families? Communication between command and service member/family.
What is one of the best aspects of being in a military family? Traveling and experiencing new locations and cultures together as a family.
What is one thing you want to accomplish with the Military Spouse of the Year title? I would love to bring more focus onto our military children who don't ask to be a part of PCS's, deployments, or last-minute orders changes but handle it with grace and flexibility that many adults would envy. I would love to extend the Month of the Military Child to a year-round program that honors and celebrates our youngest heroes.
